I will explain. My wife was grocery shopping at Publix and at check out she couldn't pay with her Faorwinds Visa card. Im not shure why but this has happened to me and her several times. I think it has something to do with a suspected bad charge given to fairwinds..WE WEREnot NOtified or asked prior to her checking out or puting the fake charge on HOLD.This was very embarrassing, and it has happened several times so it must be a ba policy of Fairwinds. However I have had an account with Partners for over 25 years. While service is not perfect due to wait times- the staff is amazing. Every quarter, I get a guaranteed loan offer for an auto- they handled my mortgage loan as smooth as silk and when I closed I had used their Home Advantage program and receive $1250 back to me. I noticed that someone had mentioned rates- so really. Their current mortgage rates, credit cards rates are a lot cheaper than the major banks and as well as their auto rates. Comparing apples to oranges for savings rates is interesting- real savers use money markets and certificates as we know that "regular" savings accounts pay little- when national companies that rely on credit cards are mentioned for rates that is fine but keep in mind that they are making their money charging outrageous interest rates on their credit cards. No one is perfect and I am not an employee of Partners but I have been in finance for over 40 years and feel a strong trust toward Partners. As you can see I am a fan of Partners even back when they were Vista FCU.

5 Stars for great customer service (to a non-customer!)…read more I needed to get a check endorsed by the bank (long story), and realized there was a branch location right near me in Mills Park. First thing to note is this is a limited location. It doesn't have tellers, but has bank representatives who can help you in many ways. Mike welcomed us and got started helping us out. There are comfy chairs to wait while things get done in the background. Though we were there for an unusual reason, Mike was super responsive and found a solution. Even though we were not account holders, nor were we looking to open an account at PNC, the level of customer service was top notch. Overall a great and efficient experience!

Ive been going to this amscot for years. Lately, there is a very cynical woman named Tanya, asking…read moremy mom and I questions about the western unions that we receive from my father who is a travel nurse who works out of state to pay our bills. He does overtime and sends us money in the morning so he can go sleep after his double shift. Tanya has had the audacity to ask us on the 1st of the month and through the 10th of the month about what bills we have to pay. She gave us a pamphlet but nowhere in the pamphlet does it say she should ask what the money is for. I have to pay my rent and other bills and this woman had the nerve to stall us and even laugh when we were telling her that she was discriminating us for. My dad has been married to my mom for over 42 years and has consistently sent my mom money to help her pay the bills because my mom and I take care of our bipolar and autistic brother, her son who has special needs. She cant work, is about to retire and my dad helps her pay the bills. I said I had the proof of my bills on my phone and she asked to see them. Like, in what world does a transaction of westetn union require so much. And then she, in an authoritative way, said all amscots would do the same. I had to go to another spot and they said that what we went through is odd because western union does the heavy lifting of questions to the sender. No questions were asked about what the money was for at the other establishment. and Tanya claims she was asked why we were receiving high amounts of money in the 1st of the month but the lady who helped me in another western union place DID not. While we were dealing with Tanya, a girl named Lulu, I think came to give cheap excuses and were trying to stall us, for what, i dont know. My mom has been receiving western union from my dad for years. And its always for bills and groceries. Everything we went through with Tanya, I recorded and im appalled by her cynicism and blatant lies. We are a Latino family who has lived in altamonte springs for over 20 years. I dont know what her deal was but she lied through her teeth. And she needs to not judge, because we have an autistic and bipolar man to take care of and our life isnt easy.
