Got the same exact man on the phone, i wont name names, but same thing, just miserable, couldnt wait to get off the phone, coulda helped been didnt (I found out from the next guy he pawned me off on) i made it a point to say thanks for being so freindly have a good day he hung up before i finished talking. The next guy to answer was awsome Carl or something with a C he was super freindly and helpful. The whole issue was a simple zip code change. When i moved and updated my info they just never changed the zip which screwed me in getting updated cards. Listen i get we all go through shit he probably was and is, I literally work with shit for a living and going through painful shit like others do as well but i still beleive you should be respectful and treat people how youd want to be treated. A simple tone of voice changes all. I could name his name, but not me, I hope he reads this and made aware is all. Ill be keeping a closer eye on my bank info in case hes malicious.

I do not recommend getting a home equity loan from this bank. They can not get their statements to…read morethe customer in time to send the correct payment. The payments vary due to a fluctuating interest rate. We were short $27 because of this and they trashed my credit rating by reporting a delinquency. I had not had a delinquency before. When I contacted them they said it was my fault for not sending the correct amount and refused to remove the delinquency from my report. Our loan will be paid off soon and we will never deal with them again.
