I do not have an account (yet) at this bank, but, I went into the bank to ask if there was an ATM inside the bank, because I did see an ATM, enclosed next to the bank. The very professional and thoughtful and helpful Security Guard explained that there was no ATM in the branch, but there was that ATM which you would enter from the street. I explained why I was asking, told the guard what had just happened, and he offered to walk me to that ATM. I said ok and THANK YOU. He let another bank employee know that he was walking me to the ATM. They said fine. Once I was inside the locked area with the ATM, The Security Guard asked if I was ok, and he was going back to the branch, if I felt ok. I said yes, and thanked him again. NOW, THIS WAS THOUGHTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SMART CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THANKS TO THIS SECURITY GUARD. This bank branch is extremely fortunate to have this man as their security guard. I am very grateful he was there today. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Many people jump to online reviews when they're unhappy, but it's equally important to share praise…read moreas well when it's due. That is the case here with the J. Byrne Agency as they've proven again that they don't just "sell" insurance, but truly value and develop relationships with their clients. I've used the J. Byrne agency for about 5 years now and have always been impressed with their commercial expert Jim Ridgeway and his incredible knowledge and passion for helping clients. This past week is a prime example why I advocate for the J. Byrne agency. I had an incident settling a property claim from wind and storm damage. There was an exclusion buried 60 pages into the policy that the underwriting company, NOT my agent, slipped in on one of the renewals. This would have cost me $12,000+ with most other agencies as I signed the paperwork and they could have simply stated "that's the way it is". Not with J. Byrne! Jim and his assistant Eileen Baker agreed that this was unfair and unclear and the FOUGHT the underwriting company for me. They kept me informed along the way and demonstrated their company's commitment to excellence in customer service by successfully having the clause removed and saving me, the consumer, an additional $12,000 in deductibles that could have been imposed. I spoke with another agent about the incident and he informed me that I had about 0% chance of successfully addressing this issue. Well the J. Byrne Agency proved them wrong... THANK YOU Jim and Eileen for your diligence and unwavering support for me as one of many clients you service!

In mid-April, we came upon a property of interest and I finally picked up the phone and called Jennifer Dwyer. It didn't take long for me to realize that the person on the other end of the line felt more like a friend than an agent. From that initial phone call...through the modified searches...to our June closing (and beyond), Jen always managed to make us feel like her top priority. More times than I can count, Jen went above and beyond for us. Whether it was setting up inspections; meeting with a contractor to get a bid; securing our first packages that arrived ahead of schedule (and before closing)...the list goes on and on. With the two questions she often asked me - "How can I help?" and "What can I take off your plate?" - Jen not only made the entire process smooth, but often, pleasant. After her most recent help, I sent her this text: "Boy Jen...did I ever make the BEST decision of my life asking you to help me find a house! You have been a godsend over and over! Thank you!! Soooooo grateful for you!!" Needless to say, I highly recommend Jennifer Dwyer to anyone looking to purchase a home in Ocean City, NJ!

EDIT: After contacting our realtor again and a manager for the unit, it is being resolved…read more Staying currently at 1401 Beaches condominiums. The ONLY GOOD THING about this location is it is less than 20 feet to the boardwalk. Great location. No wonder why the contract has a clause "tenant assumes the units condition sight unseen". The place was far from clean. Sand everywhere. Black tub, and furniture stains. Had to clean the whole thing. Sign in the unit stated to contact the realtor if it is not in order. So I did. He said he would contact the owners and get back to me. 4 DAYS AGO. Also advertised WiFi. The WiFi is centrally located and NOT per unit. My brand new iPhone and my Xbox could not connect and stated the issue is with the router. Please remove WiFi from the listing as it only works OUTSIDE OF MY ROOM IN THE HALLWAY. The pictures in the listing hide all the dirt and dinginess of this unit. The keys we were given to get into the unit after hours did not work and we got locked out and had to wait for someone else living there to let us in. We were not given a parking permit for the numbered spot so I hope our car doesn't get towed. We booked this from June 1-8 and will be leaving a few days early because of the mess of this condo. The whole thing is in dire need of a renovation. Our specific realtor was of zero help and the "owner" of the unit pretty much told us to pound sand. Stay far away from this condo complex and do not use this Berkshire office on 34th.
