Brutal. They are open late yes ... Great. They make you pay in wait times and bank fees. Lots of fees.

As a loyal Wells Fargo customer for nearly 15 years, I never imagined I would be subjected to the level of racism, disrespect, and unprofessionalism that I endured during this visit. 05/02/2025 I visited this branch to pickup foreign currency for my vacation to Peru. As it was my first time traveling to the region, I wasn't entirely sure how much I would need. Upon returning I went to Wells Fargo today to convert the unused portion back to USD, I was immediately met with hostility and condescension treatment that I can only attribute to the color of my skin. EDSON, the staff member assisting me, exhibited a dismissive attitude from the start. He questioned the validity of my transaction and demanded a receipt, which I had to retrieve from my vehicle. Despite providing the original receipt and packaging clear proof that the currency was issued by this very branch he continued to make excuses, this time claiming the bills were "too worn" and that one had writing on it. This is unacceptable, especially since the condition of the bills had not changed since I received them. If the currency did not meet Wells Fargo's own guidelines, it should never have been dispensed to me in the first place. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was directed to RALPH FRAN, whose behavior was equally unprofessional and blatantly dismissive. After waiting for an hour, I was told the matter would need to be escalated to corporate for further review a clear delay tactic that only added insult to injury. After this horrible incident, I decided to visit another Wells Fargo location to see if I would encounter the same issues. To no surprise, I absolutely did not. The money was returned immediately no questions asked, no issues, no embarrassment at a location where I had not even ordered or picked up the money. That alone says everything. It confirms that my concerns about this specific branch are entirely valid and point to a much deeper issue. The entire experience was humiliating and discriminatory. I am convinced that if I were of a different ethnicity, I would not have been treated with such contempt. It is deeply troubling to see that after nearly 15 years as a loyal customer, my business is disregarded so easily and so callously. After reviewing numerous other complaints, it's evident that this branch has a systemic problem with how it treats its clientele. I will be closing all of my accounts with Wells Fargo as I refuse to continue doing business with an institution that fails to treat its customers with basic dignity and respect.
