Outstanding Customer Service - Thank You, Yury! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Yury…read moreTripouz, at PNC on PGA Boulevard, for providing truly exceptional customer service! I recently encountered a complicated situation involving a check I needed to cash. After speaking with two other bankers, both who suggested I visit another PNC branch rather than taking the time to explore a possible solution. Thankfully, I remembered Yury from a previous visit and had a feeling he might be able to help. Sure enough, within minutes of explaining my situation, Yury picked up the phone, made the necessary calls, and resolved my issue right then and there! Not only did he save me an unnecessary trip to another branch, but he also spared me the frustration of having to explain my situation all over again. Exceptional customer service seems increasingly hard to find these days, which makes it all the more important to recognize someone who genuinely goes above and beyond. Yury demonstrated initiative, professionalism, resourcefulness, and, most importantly--sincere willingness to help. So refreshing! PNC is fortunate to have someone like Yury representing its bank. I hope his colleagues take a page from his book, because this is exactly what outstanding customer service should look like.

Tricia the Manager at this Regions branch is the rare exception. I came in as a stranger needing help. She didn't have to go the extra mile, but she did--with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. As a business owner, I can only hope my own employees would treat someone the way Tricia treated me. I'm in Premier Banking, and I can honestly say: this is not the level of service you find anymore--not even in top-tier banking. Tricia reminded me what real customer service feels like. I would recommend Regions based on this location alone. To the Regions executive team: I don't know if you see what your frontline people are doing--but you have something truly special in Tricia.
