The process required the completion of a lot of paperwork and coordination with lawyers, Insurance Agents, Inspectors and various other individuals involved with the sale. This was complicated further by the fact we live in Atlanta, Georgia and the property is in North River, New York. Only through Mr. Hersey's attention to detail and excellent communication skills were we able to make the closing date on time. I closed the Key account in Queensbury with Laura Townsend who misinformed me on two matters: 1. She told me that my reward points would remain active and that I could still collect a reward for the accounts. (Key Bank NA Rewards has told me that, in fact, I cannot.) 2. That Key had opened another line of credit and i was being billed for fees that were never sent to me. She said that she would take care of it and would be in touch otherwise.
