This Chase inaparticular, has a drive thru and is about a half mile from my kids school. In other words I pass by it at least 5 days a week. The tellers here have always been very nice to me and especially helpful in explaining different types of accounts and rates with me. They also always give me a million lollipops for my 3 year old, who without fail, asks for them every time we are here. I take off one star only because the drive-thru lanes are the most narrow lanes I have ever seen. I actually hit the curb here a lot LOL. I had nothing but problems with them when they were my mortgage lender.. they allowed this person to steal all my father's money out of his account with no consequences. They do not want to get involved. They tell you to call the police instead of being accountable for their own horrible system. It's utterly insane my advice to anyone reading this is never ever go to Wells Fargo. Your money is not safe there and anyone associated with you can get into your account just by knowing your name. I've given this location multiple chances simply because of its location - but today was the last. After sending my deposit slips via the drive-thru, being told it would be "just a minute", and then waiting over 15 minutes, I buzzed to call the teller. There was no response, but instead - the tube system whirred to life. That's fine, I reached in to take out the tube...only to have the rep recall it - closing the door on my hand. After skinning the back of my thumb while yanking my hand out as the door closed, the rep came on and said it would be "just a minute". I told her that that was what I had been told almost 20 minutes prior, that the tube had just been delivered back to me, and that she had closed the door on my hand while I was reaching for the deposit receipts... her reply was that the tube had been called back because they forgot to process my deposits and had only sent back what I initially provided. Hurt, angry, and disappointed - I will be taking my business elsewhere.
