Tried to transfer money electronically it never goes through. Tried to link a different bank, had to go through so many approval hoops which I did. The link was approved, I sent the money it was cancelled and they froze my account. Tried to go pay in person, the branch is closed despite all the signs saying they should be open.

I want to say, I went into the branch and talked to someone and we were able to come up with…read moresolutions that will work so I don't have to switch banks (which is such a hassle). The woman who sat with us very very helpful and pleasant, and even though they were busy we didn't have to wait long to sit and speak with her. We needed to open another account and were really torn whether to stay with them, but decided to give them another chance since we've been banking with them over 10 years. I'm hopefully optimistic that our issues are addressed and we can keep using TFCU as our bank. If that turns out not to be the case, I'll report back. They treated us like value customers and wanted to help, so that says something. Fingers crossed.

My husband went to pay $39.00 yes $39.00 only and was in the bank because it had to be paid in cash and he was in the bank for over an hour! Tell me how it takes over an hour to pay $39.......and exactly what my husband got silence. And then had to speak to a manager. So every month I paid additional princiable and every month they srewed up my payment and I would need to spend over a halfhour correcting their mistake. This went on for a year, once I had enough to pay off my balance, I called for a payoff amount (with a date that I intended to pay off my loan). I went to the local branch with a exact amount in certiified funds (on the exact day) from my bank and paid the loan in full with all associated fees. Three weeks later I receive a letter stating that I still owe additional interest on a loan that is paid in full! In fact, now their threatening to go after my credit score if I do not pay! They are the worst bank and are killing the Americian dream! DO NOT use them! RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!!
