Why is Yelp moving my reviews to the "Not Recommended" section? Any reason why it is not recommended? Here is my re-posted reviews. Try not to be crappy Yelp and expose this branch for who they are:
Why are -ve stars not a option? Had a horrible experience with this branch and the tellers there while trying to open an account. Tried to set up an account online and it went through, opened, pulled my initial deposit of $200 from another bank and even set up online banking. 2 days later, this account does not show up on my online banking. I called customer service and they asked me to call this branch since the branch closed the account. Closed? Yes, they closed. Then I contacted the branch and the Mean Jean teller picked up and was talking rudely and yelling. Even simple questions I asked to understand what was happening, she was loud, harsh and dismissive. At the end of the day, she did not have an answer. Mean Jean acted arrogantly and violently. It was palpable. I called back next week to see if there would be another teller who would be any more respectful. This one put me on a hold and came back with the answer that I had to come in person. Once again, same rude, harsh and extremely violent tone. No other options given, no apologies for earlier experiences. I asked to talk to the branch manager and once again she was rude and said that he does not return until later in the week. When asked about what happened to the deposited $200, all she said was, "I don't see anything on my end". No more details, and a tone of never-ending harshness. Why do these people even work in this office? Reached out to central customer service again to report the pathetic customer service I received and another lady from customer service called me back from there as though she had no time - in a hurry, no time to listen to my complaints and just stating that she was going to listen in on the recorded phone calls that Mean Jean had with me. Didn't get back to me either. All round horror story. Never opened the account again. Never going back. read more
