I'm not sure what you mean by delinquent, unless your definition of being delinquent is because I had not filed my taxes for the prior 2 tax years filing cycle. Well guess what? I took it over to H&R Block and they were able to take care of me in a few hours, my taxes were COMPLETE and very ACCURATE. From what every tax service tells me, H&R block employees are considered entry level with a minimal skillset, but guess what? They figured it out pretty quickly, it wasn't that complicated. For you to try to make it out like it was so complex tells a lot about you. You should not have charged me since you did absolutely nothing, that's usually how it goes. Lastly I am not trying to ruin your reputation I'm just talking abut MY experience. Everyone's experience isn't the same. Let the reviewers be the judge.

I was with this insurance company for years, they managed all of our extensive insurance needs…read more Until a couple of years ago, in my opinion, they just stopped caring about my business, they wouldn't help me renew my policies, and became very rude and unprofessional. As we began moving our policies elsewhere we found several errors including being under-insured, improperly covered and in my opinion general incompetence by their agents. We have finally moved our nearly two dozen business, personal and auto policies to other companies that actually want our business and can properly manage our needs.

She didn't over promised but, most definitely delivered everything like a true professional would have. Other credit consultants made me feel my credit was horrible, in desperate need, and, or either they would be able to fix my score within few months. None where as precise and straight forward like Jenn. She let me know my credit scored wasn't the best yet it wasn't the worst either. My problem wasn't much to do with collections but late payments and little hiccups on the way. Jenn is a true professional. I would say she "like an attorney" fighting with the Creditors/ bureau and finds angels to help every situation you encounter in the past. Most definitely a true fighter that is passionate about her job. It's great waking up to emails you're credit score has gone up and I have to thank Jenn for it. Not only my credit score has gone up but also my credit-card credit limits. I was also able to purchase my car at a low rate since my old car broke down. Now I can't wait to purchase my first home in the next year or so. Cheers to a brighter future!!

I've been going back to Ms. Ida Bleich for my yearly taxes because she's good on what she's doing. And now, her grandson is helping in preparing taxes too. They're really great with numbers, and they're really nice. They're not like the other companies, you walk in and wham-bam done! So, if you want an honest-to-goodness tax preparer/accountant, go and see them! But, you have to make an appointment early, like, 1-2months early, cause, their appoinment book get filled up fast. Try them. I'm just saying XD !

I'd STAY AWAY! I am…read moregoing to second Kate's review below. I gave D'Angelo my business (both personally and business) back before D'Angelo when it was Michele Holt. D'Angelo bought the business from her. I was super satisfied with Nick Sr. and Jr. and enjoyed at least 5yrs. Then Blackline Partnes bought it late 2015 and Richard Lee took over. This happend right at tax time so it was hard to judge what the experience was going to be like. Broken promises. Calls not returned. Voice messages just flat out ignored. I've referred quite a few people and businesses here and it's the same with at least 2 others I know and have talked to. And as Kate stated in her review, it's like they don't care. Or maybe they're just completely under water and bit off more than they can chew. It's sad because I'm out of here for the 2016 tax year. I don't expect them to fight to keep my business but I expect "the basics" of customer service at the very least and it's just not even close. And I'm not willing to endure another tax season when there are far too many other options to chose from.

I will start by saying that IF I would have reviewed this tax office back in 2013 or 2014 I too…read morewould have given 5 star reviews. My husband and I have used them for 5 years and have always received excellent and accurate service. BUT!.... The ownership has changed. There is no one left from the old D'angelo group, which would be fine if the new crew in town (now Blackline Partner Co.) was not completely unorganized and spread so thin. You mean to tell me you have 1, yes just 1 CPA that travels between 4 offices in CA (not just San Diego, I'm talking Cali) during tax season to handle an entire book of business? I mean what?! They have another accountant but that's not enough and she's not a CPA. My take on this group is that they buy out smaller practices and come in and run it like a low budget chop shop so they can make as much money as possible. There's nothing wrong with trying to make money but it seems like their business model is focused on bringing in money as they buy up these smaller practices, and run them by cutting costs and man power. Lower wages I bet, all that jazz. Meaning you run a skeleton crew and the rest just goes by the wayside. I'm not joking here. The staff, I can hear them shrugging their shoulders over the phone when I ever-so-kindly try to voice my complaints and they are unable to give me answers as to why our tax guy hasn't called us back in 3 weeks and has neglected the multiple phone appointments they scheduled in his calendar. Shoot, I felt bad for them when I called. Of course, you are trying to be nice on the phone b/c you just want them to process your tax return so you can be done with them. AND how about this, why did they mail my taxes which were not even complete to my old home address. Are you kidding?? That is extremely sensitive information. I'm mind blown over this. Our personal information, our livelihood has been mailed to the wrong people. I'm furious! We were blowing them up daily trying to get our/their 1 tax guy on the phone to just finish up the last little bit of taxes so we could file. Finally, finally on April 15 (we had until 18th this year) they sent us over our vouchers to pay. I am not kidding you, the moment we sent D'angelo (Blackline) our payment, literally instantaneously, they charged our card. It was comical. All this run around and unreturned phone calls and bam they can process a payment in seconds. I say this... If you are looking for service don't go here. If you're looking for attentiveness don't go here. If you're looking for a secure transmission of you personal information don't go here. Just don't. There are plenty of tax people in the sea. Shoot H&R would have been better for us. How can I give you 0 zero stars? You will read this and not do anything about it because you are running a business not a service based company. The old D'angelos had lasting, loyal relationships. These folks... chumps who are good number crunchers to run a business but that's not sustainable. Without any customer or employee focus you will fail. I'm going to look you up Blackline Partners. I'm interested to see how anyone has reviewed you. Ok let me quick add an edit. They have about 37 locations and they all keep the sweet ma and pa local names that you knew and loved. Hope they all aren't run as poorly as D'angelo is. Yikes!
