Mark was very thorough in explaining the results of the roof inspection, and assisted with our insurance claim process and communication with the insurance company. There was no pressure at any point throughout the process, which was a nice contrast to some of the other door-to-door people that come by after storms. SCR sent a large crew out the day of the job, and they finished promptly, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. They are a very honest company and offered very competitive pricing.
