    Rexburg Motor Sports - A 24 and 25 Works Edition and a standard 22 450r and 22 250r

Huge SHOUTOUT to Weston at Rexburg Motosports! I called looking for a 2025 CRF450R Works Edition…read more Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but he did a nationwide search and provided a list of places that had one. I had already called multiple places in Oregon and Washington and not ONE other person offered any help to locate one beyond just saying "nope don't have one!" And "Nope don't know who might". Thanks to Weston taking a little extra time to help I was able to buy one on the way to our ST. Anthony's trip last week. We get out there twice a year and will 100% make sure to spend money there in the future because of this interaction. We always end up needing something every trip weather it's gear, a tire, etc!

Terrible experience with both the Can-Am Defender Limited HD11 and this dealership…read more I bought a brand-new 2026 Can-Am Defender Limited HD11 and have less than 200 miles on it, and it's already full of problems. The front window leaks right onto the dash, dripping water over the electronics in the dashboard. The driver's side door seal is so loose you can literally see daylight through it, and there's a popping noise in low range when coming down hills -- absolutely not normal. This UTV is brand new, yet it feels like something that should have never passed inspection. When I contacted the dealer, they basically brushed me off and acted like it wasn't their problem and that the warranty process would take considerable time to get through. I was told I'd have to wait six weeks just to get it in to their service shop to diagnose the issues plus they could not tell me how long it might take to make actual repairs, and they offered zero help or concern about the fact that I'm paying for an expensive machine I can't even drive. It's unacceptable that a company selling premium vehicles provides no real customer support and expects buyers to just deal with major defects on their own. I would never buy from this dealership again, and I strongly recommend anyone considering a Can-Am Defender look elsewhere unless you want to pay top dollar for a vehicle that sits broken while the dealer shrugs their shoulders.

My story is a year long story dealing with Dad's Motorsports. Dad's came recommended so I felt…read morepretty confident dropping off my 4-wheelers to have them repaired. The owner said he had a few other rides ahead of mine and that it would be a few weeks (June). Two months passed and I started checking in on on the 4-wheelers. One of them just needed a tune up and the other needed some additional work. Another month (September) and I finally got one of the ATVs back. It ran fine and seemed to be in good shape. No problem. The second ATV was going to require another couple of weeks. 2 months passed (November) and I checked in on the status. I finally had to stop by the shop because I couldn't get a response and he told me that he needed some parts and that it would be a few weeks and he would call me when it was ready. 2 more months passed, no word. I check in again. Something came up. Would get right on it. Check back in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later (January), no response. March. I check back. Still not worked on. April. Nothing. May Nothing. June, a full year later, I show up at his shop and ask...where is the ATV. "I can't fix it, but I'll trade out that one for this one and it will be about $200.00" I come in and he has it priced at $300+. It's been a year at this point so I pay for it and take it home. I put my daughter (then 9) on the ride and she zips down the street. The thing was fast and seemed to run really well. She rides for about 15 minutes, comes back and says "Its making a rattling noise" Turn it off look around and the starter is dangling. While the ride is still, oil is leaking out of the bottom. I roll it over and there is a crack in the oil pan. In an effort to make it right, I call Dad's Powersports and tell him what's going on. The response: "Your daughter broke it while she was riding it" I took the ATV back to his shop, while he was there, told him I wasn't keeping it, asked for my original back, and left. I cancelled my payment. Interestingly, he seemed to think he was entitled to full payment for his services and was irate when he found out I had cancelled his check. He obviously gets good reviews and seems to take care of the people he knows really well. I'm not impressed. For me, it was excuse after excuse and failure to deliver for over a year. I wouldn't recommend this shop and I wouldn't take anything in based solely on my experience. Maybe he was just having a bad year. As a side note, the owner will usually post some sort of inflammatory comments when an honest review comes through on one of the major search engines. He will claim the review is fake, the account is fake, or that the reviewer is some sort of hack moron. That's why I posted here, but I fully expect that we will see his response soon.

Avoid this shop at all costs! Had a 4 wheeler engine rebuilt, paid to have it fixed. Got it home…read moreand the engine wouldn't run and all the oil leaked out of it. Took it back in to have them fix their mistakes, they had it for over a YEAR before I lost my patience and called to put some pressure on them. To correct their issue they told me they would be taking it to Rexburg Motorsports and charging me to fix it because I let the battery go dead. What a joke, apparently a dead battery causes all the oil to leak out of a newly rebuilt engine. Who knew? So I am picking up the broken 4 wheeler, that I paid them to fix once already and now I get to take it to a real shop that knows what they are doing and pay them to correct this shops mistakes and incompetency. Terrible service, terrible communication. Will not go back and will deter everyone I know from using this shop.

Best service ever. Hands down. Period. Yes, they probably could've gotten in better contact with me…read more-as they did take some time on my bike, however for the complicated clutch I had for them to fix, which required some serious skill to repair- they managed to dial it and fix the problem for a FRACTION of the price of those other blood sucking dealers that charge superfluous amounts of money for the smallest of problems. Yes they did take some time, however it was completely worth the price they charged. If you're looking to save money for good service and can give it some time, I'd recommend these guys 120%. If you have a bike that you'd need fixed quickly, you might want to look somewhere else. I say again, they charged half-literally 50%- of what those carpetbaggers at Rexburg Motor sports were charging. And it's good local genuine service they give. If more shops were like Jones, my wallet would be bigger, as would my hopes for humanity.
