He installed the wrong ceiling light boxes, broken and loose switch & outlet boxes, fortunately, I caught these dangerous mistakes. He punched numerous holes in the wall, more than was necessary, that had I had to pay to have repaired. No answer. Nor did I get the quote. I called the next day, left a VM, and never heard back. Very, very dissatisfied. Some reply, even to say he couldn't take the job, would have been preferable to complete radio silence. Not to mention just plain polite. He lost a repeat customer.
