It rocked! It wasn't until a week later that I found out what it was. I also had several other dishes there that were all good but two really stood out. The snitzel and the cordon bleu were out of this world. Ok nothing in Germany is precooked or made beforehand like in the US. The seasoning on the crust on the Cordon Bleu was crisp and very flavorful with just the right seasonings and just the right amount of ham and cheese inside. It was magical. Like everywhere here the beer was awesome but the real star is the lady that waited on me. The last three or four times I was here she was really nice and always says hello when I see her around town.
