Walk-ins are welcome and usually accommodated, but make an appointment for better service. This office closes for the summer on April 15th so don't plan on them assisting throughout the year if you file interim. Tax preparers are always nice and friendly. I no longer dread this experience.

Both tax professionals we have worked with have significantly struggled with technology and software that severely prolonged our appointment. We paid for a service that required so much time and effort on our part that we should have done it ourselves. This year, we were there for 3.5 hours for a fairly simple tax filing. Our experience would have been significantly improved if the tax professional was more proficient with the software. We cannot recommend their services and will not be giving them another chance next year.
