The whole team works hard and they have worked on the site to make sure security and functionality is a go. Customers don't want to have issues with the site and it's been smooth so far. I'm happy to continue to work with them while they will even run the site from the tech stand point with even updating inventory. I'll run an update in the next few months and let everyone know how it's going. Thanks guys and wish you guys success. Even has different tiers on if you need something quick to be up and running or even detailed pages that can gobble up bandwidth so gives me a lot to think about.

Well, I guess I should have checked their Google Rating (3 star prior to my review and 2.3 after my…read morereview). Everything seemed great during our initial conversations. We were to partner up with them for help with a Magento website and they were going to complete it within a couple of weeks. After agreeing to pay them to move forward, they setup their basecamp and sent us a design proof. We were promised a week to build out after the info was passed over to them and we made it very clear it needed to happen in that time frame because our client needed it or would cancel. After responding to their basecamp inquiries and asking for some confirmations and answers to questions, we didn't hear from them for 8 weeks. When did we hear from their supposed owner Mark Dickinson you ask ??? ... After we filed a claim with our bank for them not delivering. All of a sudden they jumped on their basecamp and created this unfinished website within a couple days to try and fake their way through having it done. We reached out to them a week ago, said you know what, issue half the money back to us as partial refund and we will walk away with a lesson learned. Well, as expected, they are avoiding doing so and now we will be sharing our experience with everyone as well as filing court proceedings. Funny is we gave them an easy way out; cheaper way out, to where they keep half the money just for issuing us some single page pdf design proof, but they have chosen to ignore instead. Don't work with them ! You're risking a scam and we were definitely left hanging with a few thousand dollars in limbo. A lot more fish in the sea that easily have better google ratings and ethics.

I cannot say enough terrible things about this company or the owner Mark…read more Rude, condescending and overcharges for shoddy work. He fought me every step of the way. Every change was met with resistance or insults. Overcharging me for work was a common occurrence. In fact once, I asked for a quote on a change. Their head designer replied to my request THINKING it was an internal email. He replied with "This job will take me about an hour or so, but you can charge the customer 3 hours". It was at this moment that I stopped using this company. When I hired another company to work on the site, they told me that the site was so full of bugs, and so many changes were made to the core files (something you NEVER DO, and something Mark told me THEY never do) that I would be better off scrapping the entire thing and starting over from scratch. I reached out to 3 more website development companies to audit my site, and they all said the same thing. Scrap it. It is junk. We had so much time and money invested already we decided not to start from scratch, but rather hire someone to fix the mistakes that Supreme Solutions created. $20k later we had a site that was working 90%. Even this team told me to scrap it. After $20k worth of repairs, they best they could do was to suggest I start over from scratch. At this point it is a total loss. Stay away from this company and specifically from the owner.

I have seriously wasted hours and hours looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy IT guy for my…read morecompany and now that i found Gio i wont ever have to look again. Gio is the best at what he does. Several reasons why you need to go to him for all your tech needs. I am the office manager of a mid sized marketing office. Gio is my go to guy. I can go to him about anything whether; it's asking him a question regarding solutions for my office, or placing an order for custom built computers for my staff. He can do it all. In the past 3 years Gio has come through in the clutch by offering expedited services where other "IT" guys left me hanging. Not him he worked overnight to deliver 5 PC tailored made to my companies need. All offered at a very reasonable price which included delivery and installation. He goes above and beyond to explain in full detail what he can get you, do for you, and what he did for you. He is not a hit and run kinda of company that just wants your money once the job is done, he honestly wants to make a happy customer. Time and time again he occasionally checks in on me, the company, his services and his products. As an office manager i don't have the luxury of checking in with him, but he as a business owners understands that and stays on top of things. He has also fixed company computers that were infected with viruses (trojans/worms), blue screen of death, any issues you name it his fixed it. He will even make recommendations on how to protect yourself from getting anymore viruses. He also makes recommendations on how to keep your computers running in top shape, after time and hours upon hours of use my employees complained about computers lagging, freezing, slowness, etc. Gio continues to go to school, so he can keep up with a changing world of technology so you wont have to ever worry about him not knowing how to do something. If you are looking for pc help, smartphone help, network help, if you need with anything that involves technology just call Gio before you call anywhere else. Save yourself a headache, your time and more importantly in this economy your money and talk to him about what you need.

I've been a long time customer and I hate to say how disappointed I've been these past couple of…read moremonths. We use this company to manage all our phone lines as well our company's network. The owner, Gio works based on his mood. One day things are running smoothly and another day it's a mess. Our phones and internet doesn't run properly and he turns his cellphone off so there's no way of getting in communication with him. Also this recent weekend, he showed up unannounced and decide to clean up a network that was working completely fine. Now Monday comes around and our internet and phones are completely down. Gio shows up with an intern whom he instructs all my staff not to talk to. He promises to fix the problem within 15 minutes which later turns in to 2.5 hours. Gio decides to walk off on the job without informing me or any managers until a couple of hours later when he decides to email us a letter he will be back in the evening since he couldn't complete the job when the office is running. How is this the client's fault? We had a working network. How does one decide randomly to come into their client's office and take their network apart and fix when it is working completely fine? This is only one of my current issue with this company. It's already Wednesday and company isn't working as it used to since Gio again is avoiding our calls and emails. To top things off, he takes our completely brand new chrome cast which he advised that we need to purchase since the current one is 3 years old. We've sent him several messages asking for our property back and he never responds to any of our emails. This isn't the first occasion, every time he comes in an item is constantly missing. What kind of company likes to work during the evening and not interact with his client. He only comes in when he pleases and has not yet returned our keys or our items. I think this is a lesson learn, you cannot always forgive and forget when someone acts shady. All I can say is if you're looking for someone to screw you over this is the company to use. If you want someone reliable who completes their job and responds to their client on a timely manner and during working hours. PLEASE look elsewhere!!!
