The breather tube was not connected behind the filter and pushed down where it was hard to see that it was disconnected. It cost me $200 to find out why the A/C wasn't working and I put nearly 1000k on the vehicle before discovering the disconnected hose. Great guys at car clinic, but my repair turned out to be a very expensive failure.

I was told four separate times that they would call me; no calls ever came. Only times that I could get any sort of update was to physically go down to their shop. The owner told me he would try different strategies and call, but he never called. Several times both my wife and I called and they'd never answer, I left several messages. After paying my "bill" and getting my key, I found the truck unlocked, hood not latched and batteries almost dead on their back lot. Luckily truck started. I also had told them several times that I needed the boxes and the parts back that I had switched out on truck only to find them missing. After several long minutes they finally found them. They knew what to look for and scheduled me for 7 am to ensure if we had issues, they'd have time to address them. We were greeted with an energetic, "You made it!" I gave them an update on a brake noise that developed 600 miles earlier. By 9 am, the mechanic sent me a video of her findings, three missing bolts in a new caliper installed in Maine. She secured replacement bolts, installed with lock-tight and properly torqued them. When we picked up, they informed of checking all belts and fluids and torquing all four tires. They also insisted we have the tires torqued again after 150 miles. Great assistance and we were on the road to Bozeman.

Professional with the service provided, but UNPROFESSIONAL to be a GEICO service provider who will contract with them to keep the business afloat but screw the customer when opportunities arise.
