They knew what to look for and scheduled me for 7 am to ensure if we had issues, they'd have time to address them. We were greeted with an energetic, "You made it!" I gave them an update on a brake noise that developed 600 miles earlier. By 9 am, the mechanic sent me a video of her findings, three missing bolts in a new caliper installed in Maine. She secured replacement bolts, installed with lock-tight and properly torqued them. When we picked up, they informed of checking all belts and fluids and torquing all four tires. They also insisted we have the tires torqued again after 150 miles. Great assistance and we were on the road to Bozeman.

They gave me rough ball park estimates that ended up being HUNDREDS of dollars off what the actual total was. They broke off a brake caliper bolt and had to replace the caliper. I was charged the labor and parts for THIER MISTAKE. I confronted the owner about this, and he immediately got visibly angry and was shaking mad. I never raised my voice or said anything rude. Simply asked why I was being charged for something they broke. Oil change, rotor resurface, and fuel filter took them nearly 6 HOURS to complete...find a different place to get work done, trust me!

Superior was able to get my size shipped from the warehouse. The tires didn't come in the day they were expected, but I was assured they would be in the next day. Superior let me camp in their rear parking lot. As soon as the tires arrived, they started work on my trailer. I was very happy with their customer service, and would not hesitate to give them more work.

Two and a half years later and the rear-end has failed…read more After they completing the work on the front end of my vehicle a plug was left disconnected up by the front left firewall which prevented my A/C from working. The breather tube was not connected behind the filter and pushed down where it was hard to see that it was disconnected. It cost me $200 to find out why the A/C wasn't working and I put nearly 1000k on the vehicle before discovering the disconnected hose. Great guys at car clinic, but my repair turned out to be a very expensive failure.

Here we sit, behind the fuel stop. We called Big Horn Tire and explained our situation. Within 15 minutes a young man showed up, filled our tire with air and we hobbled over to their shop. In less than 20 minutes our tire was repaired and we were on the road again. Best of all the charge for the air, so we could get to their shop, and the repair was $26 and we were told to Pay it Forward. Thank you Big Horn Tire, we are paying it forward to you!
