The staff are friendly, greet you by name when you walk in, even on the first visit. The exam was thorough and the doctor sat down with me in a separate room where I could sit at a consultation table with her & view my x-rays and pictures on the computer screen. She explained the work that needed to be done and why it was important and constructed a plan for completion of the work. She was respectful of the expenses and what insurance covers & gave me clear information on what charges to expect before any work was done. The cleaning that was done on my second visit was the best I've ever received. I had fillings and a crown done today, and while I can't say it was pleasant, I can say they did all they could to make it as comfortable as possible. I absolutely recommend Dr. Avery & her staff!

How much do they usually charge you for a consultation + X-Ray + CT scan? I know the answer, been there, done that, and your answer is wrong: Dr. Cooper charged me $0,.. Nothing! I don't want people to print this review and show it to him, "You charged this guy $0, and I want the same price", but I just can't help yelling from the roof of the world's tallest tower, "This Doctor/Dentist must be from another planet where humanity, kindness, compassion, and decency still exists!" Refused to take them in that condition, so they tried repairing again, and brought them back with white staining all around the tooth she replaced, so it looked like I had stuff on my gums. Refused again, and then was informed "that their usual tech is on vacation and this is a temp tech thats been doing the repairs, and that if this time doesn't work, they will have me go to antioch location to have them fix it." This is a garbage way to run a business. If this wasn't covered under my warranty, id be even more upset. Hopefully they dont mess up the whole upper. Quality is horrible.
