They focus not just on your dog being somewhere while you are away but so much more. They work on enrichment, socialization, giving love to all the dogs. They spend time with them day in and day out. They keep close eye on all pets. There is a very well put together pre-qualification process and I am happy they have it in place. The staff truly care about our pets and they give them the love that our pets deserve while we are away. As long as we live close, Bear will be there for boarding and daycare!

They also have a self service dog bath area which I have not tried, since they do such a good job. But,I may check it out some time. I had never previously used a groomer before but now I'm hooked. Love my Wadsworth Petco!…read more I can always find what I need. They have a rather large variety of foods for dog and cats. The aquatic section is decent. Lots of accessories and toys for your pet too. They have grooming on site. I can tell you that we have used the grooming in the past and loved them. Our dog enjoyed going every month. We would tell him it eas "Spa Day" and he would run to the car. There is pet adoption that is on site plus there are monthly adoption events. They also hold low cost vaccination clinics and microchipping. And several times a year they have pet photography. By the registers is a self serve engraving machine for tags. I personally love the 2 for $5 dog toys. I can get my dog new toys when needed and it doesn't cost me a fortune. So when I do throw old ones away, it's not like throwing a bagful of $ out with it. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I love that when I walk in, it doesn't smell like a kennel like some other pet stores do. Of course, you are welcome to bring your animal to shop with you. I personally don't as my dog would be a basket full of stress. No. Thank. You.

Well... that was a first. I stopped at Pet Supplies Plus in…read moreNorton Sat. 4/18 for a simple nail trim for my dog, Sissy. Somehow, that turned into being accused of forging my vet's vaccination records because--according to the groomer--my vet "should have been closed" at 12:30 PM. I wish I were making this up. Instead of a quick 5-minute service, I got questioned, talked down to, and then told I was basically not welcome to spend money there anymore. Over a nail trim. For the record, my vet is The Pet Vet. Very real. Very open. Very easy to verify. I've never had a business jump straight to accusations like that instead of, you know... just checking. If you're local, just be aware--this was one of the most bizarre and unprofessional customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Rude employees come and go, but word of mouth (and posts like this) tends to stick around. Hasta la vista.
