It was a nightmare trying to schedule walk through, inspections, and closing. He refused to attend the key exchange and his client was not moved out. So my agent had to remind the seller of his contractual obligations. I would not recommend this agent or company. You can not shuck your responsibility because a client is difficult. He showed up at closing to get paid and that was about it. Very Disappointed.

They were unprofessional and did not return repeated phone calls when we were trying to get an answer. I could have had some respect if the agent had an excuse, but he didn't. If they didn't want to go through with the sale anymore, they should have said so. We wasted weeks of time when we could have been looking at another house. For being in such a rush, they sure took their good old time when it came to closing. I will never recommend them to anyone else, buying or selling.
