I mentioned that I was only available on 5/20 after 12pm (see screenshot from Zillow) 2) All the communications after my initial email via Zillow were by text message, which I believe is very unprofessional. She mentioned she was available at 7pm and I said I needed to check if I could make it (See screenshot of the text message and note no date is mentioned) 3) I requested a confirmation via email of the conversation via text message. Her answer was "I will be there" 4) Simin called me on 5/19 at around 7:15 pm. She was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me stating that I told her to meet that day at 7. I called her back and said she got confused and we agreed to meet in Saturday... She hung up again I have worked with many other real state agents in the past and I was never this disgusted with the lack of professionalism and work ethics that this agent showed. Additionally, Dan was also able to get us several viewings of townhomes before they came on the market - something I think gave him a huge edge over other realtors in the area. Because of the shortage of inventory (especially townhomes) in Arlington County, this makes all the difference in the world.
