Fast forward, my son was not gaining weight properly and his percentile was dropping at every single appointment, again, he was not concerned and thought I was being overly concerned. He never took me seriously and continuously brushed off my concerns and said he was fine. At every single appointment I brought up his weight and delayed milestones and he thought I was being dramatic is how he made it seem. We saw him from birth to 9 months and fast forward we moved out of state. Now, in a new state with a new pediatrician THE FIRST appointment she sent us to a specialist. At the first appointment the specialist diagnosed him failure to thrive and low muscle tone... something he will have to deal with forever. Had Bruckner taken the time to listen and properly diagnose him, we could have gotten ahead of the testing and physical therapy when he was a baby; rather than getting a late start now that he's 15 months old. I do not recommend him.

Sometimes the wait time is a little long when you call. What I truly appreciate though is the staff are very caring and will always make time for their patients. Yesterday I took my son to the ER at 5am. Before the office even opened someone had read the report and called me with advice and to get us in same day for an appointment. Ashley the NP came up with a treatment protocol that none of the ER drs had even suggested. She has excellent bedside manner and is the only medical professional that my son has allowed to look in his ears. The suite we were going to is located on the third floor as well as the lab. When we entered, we received a friendly greeting by the front desk clerk and she checked us in. We were quickly brought into exam and after vitals and a few questions the provider joined us. The exam room was spacious, bright and clean. There were two chairs for my Mom and I to sit. The experience was very pleasant for my Mom. She liked all the staff very much. From my POV all staff was kind and very professional. Shout out to Dr. Kulai, Jona and Juan for providing excellent healthcare to my Mom.
