Stephanie was very kind and patient, explained how the process worked, and quoted a price (very reasonable considering the level of customer service they provide and the quality of the headstone). They worked with us to get the perfect design. We were doing this from 2200 miles away so all the contact with them was by email or phone. They were able to get the headstone completed and placed before the memorial service since we were coming from out of state to bury my Mom's ashes. It turned out beautiful! It still has not been delivered. Shirley Diane "Mumsie" has been gone for 16 months and we are still waiting. We would try to talk to someone else, but we get a new story every time we speak to Bubba, Jesus, or whoever seems to be in the office at the time. I guess, the next stop will be the Texarkana Better Business Bureau. ‍
