I cannot say enough good things about this company. They started providing care for my mom once every other week, eventually we increased to every day. Sometimes we had to change the schedule due to her appointments, or hospital stays and Taylor Made was always very flexible. The caregivers took good notes, connected well with my mom, and were thorough. The office staff are wonderful. This place is a joke . Their employees sleep on the job if their on night shifts, don't even know how to operate a dishwasher or cook or really any basic skills with the exception of a few good ones. They pay crap to or in my case get rid of by firing then in turn say I quit so they could dock my pay even though I was more than willing to stay on with said company because I loved my clients. I hope when choosing care you go to someone that wont charge you 30 bucks an hour and only give their workers 13 hourly. Maybe they might actually learn how to run a dishwasher if it was even worth it to come into work! I've worked home care for over 20 years and you guys should just disappear. I get employees of the month and before I can even get my gift you fire me then say I quit then dock my pay! I'm over here laughing because I was one of the only quality people you have that went above and beyond. Jill was a good service provider; she saw my Father 1x every other week for laundry, light housekeeping and companionship. I had no problems with the staff at the main office. We ended services because my Father moved into an Assisted Living Facility. read more

Kathy took excellent care of my mother, she truly runs a quality operation! Her customer service and care givers are fantastic!

I would not recommend this company. I only needed someone to be present when I showered, in the event of a fall, and to drive me to appointments or shopping. The majority of the aides were not accustomed to being with a client who was very much aware of what they were doing. I am a healthcare professional with 40 years of experience. When I attempted to provide constructive feedback I became labeled as "difficult to deal with." At one point Lori's suggestion was that I simply discontinue their services. I sent an email to Kathy Taylor and she never responded. One of them broke my coffee pot and left it in the dishdrain for me to discover after she left. I also had one of them hit my garage while driving my car. There was damage to both the garage door frame and the car. When I discovered the damage, three different aides had driven the car and they all denied having caused the damage. Lori implied I had let someone else drive the car and was attempting to blame their employees. When I offered to let her see the car's computer generated trip log she told me she had made a mistake and there was one more aide she needed to check with. I never heard anything more from her about it. After five months, I cancelled the service. It was not worth the stress. read more

I hired Taylor Made to assist my mother-in-law who was in a nursing home with cancer but still needed to get to and from her important eye appointments. Aides hired through the nursing home were so expensive and yet did so little...Hiring Taylor Made was the best decision ever! They charged exactly for the time they actually put in...They came early to help her get dressed...stayed with her for the appointment...and hung around afterwards to make sure she was safely back in her room and comfy before leaving her. My MIL said the aides were very nice & patient and she was happy when they were around. I was impressed since she was 95 years old and rather hard to please..lol Unfortunately my MIL passed away recently but I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Taylor Made to anyone needing their type of service...I will definitely be calling them for myself should the need ever arrive..Luann who set up the appointment was awesome to work with and went out of her way to help us with the paperwork when we first signed up...Thank You again Lu!! and Taylor Made! read more

We have been working with THMC for approx. 5 years. The caregivers are wonderful, take excellent care of my Dad who has alzheimers and my Dad feels very comfortable with them. They work well with our family, implement our daily requests which includes mild exercise and try and engage him in a # of different activities. THMC also provides activities for these types of patients that they have used with my Dad. They also do light housework, laundry, and' anything we ask of them. My entire family feels that my Dad is in very good hands when they are at his house on a daily basis looking after him. Would highly recommend their services ! read more

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. The office is very unorganized, they find any way they can to bill you for services, even if you have to cancel. They will send someone anyways and then bill you for their time. No communication between the office and the caregivers. The owner is never available and when she is, she's not fully informed and it's all about getting paid. We had one caregiver that we liked but dealing with the office and billing issues drove us away. Too many good agencies out there. read more

I would not hire this company. The owner is very difficult to talk with if any problems arise. One caregiver fell asleep on the job, one simply seemed incompetent, and another quit without much notice. Kathy Taylor often did not have a back up plan for situations that arose unexpectedly. One caregiver was outstanding and others kept my family member safe--which was very important. Kathy has very little understanding of the importance of the caregiver's relationship with the family. My experience with Taylor Made has been nothing but stressful. The office staff is rude and pretty much told me off once when they weren't communicating about changing our caregivers and we objected. The care givers were good but complained nonstop about how badly they were treated by Taylor Made. Plus my family member was subject to listening to all of their personal problems. read more

I cant say enough good things about Taylor Made Home Care. My mother needed additional assistance after hip surgery and they made every effort to make her feel cared for and the aid was extremely patient. The office was very efficient in scheduling visits and returning calls. I truly feel their caring attitude helped in my mothers recovery. I would have no problem recommending them to care for any family member. The entire experience was wonderful during a difficult family time. read more

This is a terrible company. Unreliable with caregivers and really poor management of the company, Very stressful the entire time our family had hired them as a home "care" company. Taylor Made is only out for the money and does not take into account all that is important when caring for a loved one. Had I read the previous reviews I would have taken heed and looked elsewhere. When you first start, the owner is very kind and promises you the world, only to find out how horrible they are. Run as fast as you can away from this place. There are plenty of agencies out there, just look around and ask lots of questions. This company does not vet their caregivers well. read more
