Last year, a couple months before a beach trip, I ordered prescription sunglasses from them. I had to follow up with them multiple times over a weeks long delay. When my sunglasses finally arrived (the day before my trip) they were the wrong frames. I had to have sunglasses and just bit the bullet and accepted the wrong frames. Fast forward to this year and I thought I'd give them another try because their optometrist (Dr. Phillips?) is great. Got my exam on 10/19 but when to check out I was advised that they could not give me a prescription and that they could mail it to me. Did they mail it to me, no, of course not! That would be too complicated for their office manager. So on 10/23 I had to make another trip to their facility to get my prescription. Consider yourself forewarned.
