Lisa Caprelli and the Go Glossy team are incredible at not only being creative in creating websites, but also in writing and planning each website page. The last time I went to a website designer the whole process took forever and I never used them again - unlike Lisa and her team. I recommend them also for LinkedIn training; branding and video (creating messages and turning them into whiteboard or digital stories, for those who do not know what a video can do these days!) Heck, I thought I was pretty well in the know about running a business. However now, thanks to Lisa and her crew, I've learn I really need to utilize social media more. Great people. By far the worst company I've ever attempted to do business with. Each time, I am met with unanswered calls, condescending tones, and/or attitude. The last time I spoke to her, I had enough of it. She called to tell me that the artwork we submitted wasn't suitable for a mailer. Instead of explaining to me (or give us a template in the first place) that we needed to add "x" amount of space, horizontally to the card (because that's what the post office requires), she proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't know how to do it (even though I'm the designer and I made the artwork). She then said, "I don't have time for this. Take your business elsewhere" and hung up the phone. Does this sound like the type of business you'd want to give money to?
