I'm loyal by nature, so when we moved to Irving last Fall, it never occurred to me to get an agent closer. Wow - am I glad for that decision. A couple months ago, some guy came across 2 lanes at 50 mph, slamming into and totaling our only car. My first call was to my husband, who was out of state on travel, and he told me to hang up and call State Farm. Gary Fourtner answered and worked tirelessly (and past closing) to make sure I was OK, to get me a tow truck ASAP (I was on a busy street during rush hour) and convince Enterprise to stay open past closing until I could get there.
