They are insanely rude, drive absolutely recklessly, and extort cash out of you with all kinds of excuses even though they're supposed to accept cards. They got lost and forced us to pay the extra fees, kicked my family out of the car when they didn't have cash 2 kilometers from the pick up, not to mention this oddly unprofessional exchange with their dispatch on WhatsApp. This is what a corrupt monopoly looks like. I was able to WhatsApp them in the morning and a taxi was an available in 2 mins. I revived a call from the operator when the taxi arrived. it was a 15 mins drive. I had a small hand carry and a paper bag in the boot. The initial cost was €28 but the driver added €8 for the "call and luggage". I find that extortionate.
