I called two other taxi services to find that their rate was €40.00+ for the 4km ride. I found that to be ridiculous. I tried one more taxi service, which I found randomly online with a Google search, and it happened to be Taxi de Sevilla. I called and talked with José who spoke fairly good English. His English is better than my Spanish. He said the ride amount would be around €12.00, now this was reasonable. After agreeing on the phone to the ride I decided to email him just to verify that nothing was confused verbally. He replied quickly and verified all the information. I was picked up on time in a clean Mercedes-Benz and the final fare was €14.00. I gladly gave him €20.00 and told him to keep it. Thank you, José for not fleecing tourists with your prices.
