We stayed here for 4 nights for an event, this hotel is huge and can accommodate a lot of people,…read moremost of the event/conference spaces are in the main building (#1), but there is a building off to each side of the main building with just rooms. We were housed in the "beach building" (which was to the east of the main building). Check in staff was nice, but our key did not work on the first attempt, so we had to hike all the way back to reception to get them fixed, and the hotel is super huge horizontally (only 4 floors up) so it was quite a trek to get from one end of the building to the other. It can be easy to get lost as there really is no detailed signage or maps anywhere. The elevators were also pretty hidden behind a door (along with the staircase), we found out there were more elevators than we initially thought by accident -- it would've been helpful for there to be clearer signage and/or a floor map in each building, but the hotel only provided a general map (showing how the buildings are connected). Also the hotel had a lot of marble/stone flooring, particularly on the staircases and ramps to sky bridges, but none of them had any friction strips, so walk very slowly & carefully -- this is a slip & fall accident waiting to happen. There was a sky bridge (not insulated) on Floor 1 connecting building #2 where we stayed to building #1 where the event was held, so you can walk inside instead of going outdoors (reception in the main building also didn't bother to let us know about this when they directed us to the second building for check-in). Our stay included all meals at their restaurant, which was a buffet with a good amount of food choices for every meal -- although the food quality was pretty mediocre. For lunch/dinner, the pasta was really the best option, and there was both cases of overcooked and undercooked meat on several occasions. I was however impressed that they had a good salad and fruit selection, as well as beer and wine on tap. The staff members were very quick to bus empty plates and tables to keep things flowing, but the food wasn't anything I would write home about. The dining hours were also quite unclear -- the TV screen at the restaurant and the info on the sheet we were given at check-in did not align at all, so we just went sometime in the middle and they were usually open. The hotel room itself was very spacious -- ours included a tiny balcony as well. The bathroom had a bidet, but the layout made it a bit awkward to get in and out of the tub/shower. The TV in the room was also huge, but we didn't have a chance to leverage it. They make you pay 3 euros/day if you want to use the safe in the room, so we just opted against it. Good amount of closet space and shelving, but also a lot of room to just leave your luggage out. All in all, the sheer size of this hotel and how many it can accommodate would be the only reason to come here. It's about 2 hours from Seville Airport (closest airport), and there isn't much nearby aside from the beach. Not the best hotel experience, but not bad.

Rooms were great, staff was great, building next door is equipped with auditorium and many conference rooms - enclosed bridge connects both buildings. Two buffet cafeterias next to each other - food was just ok but whole range of choices. Also bar area w/ great outdoor patio in the main hotel building. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked beautiful! A few criticisms - very easy to get lost when looking for your hotel room. Feels like a maze. Also unsure how the elevator worked so used the stairs all the time. Also I wish the door had a peephole - someone knocked on the door very late at night but I didn't want to open the door b/c I had no idea who it was. Rooms cleaned daily - very nice/clean. Bathrooms include bidet too - spacious showers include shampoo and body gel/conditioner dispensers, and sink area includes soap & body lotion dispensers. Room also includes mini-fridge and a huge flatscreen TV. Bed was comfy. Lights/air/heat only work w/ your room key card - you might request two if you want to keep the room a certain temperature while you're away. Nearest airport in Seville - about 2.5hr shuttle ride. Beach is about a 10-min walk - sunrise & sunset are a must-see.

There was nothing negative about this place. Not only do they have the normal hotel rooms, they also offer suites and villas with some of their golf packages. Your room includes a full breakfast, and it is a full service deal, loved it. The staff are just as amazing as the facility itself. When my daughters get a little older I would like to take them to see where daddy was born, and I assure you that we WILL stay here to make the experience complete. Came here for a two week work trip. Hotel tried to get you to buy into the dinner buffet at 17…read moreeuros upfront or 25 if you pay at door. Drinks are NOT included. The resort is mediocre at best. Buses full of golfers show up for 1-2 days and are generally rude. The buffet is on a 2-3 day rotation of what they serve the chef is good. Hotel maid was in my room cleaning at 8 AM on a Saturday after a night of drinking I didn't hear her knock until she was half way done cleaning she realized I was in bed still. This is after they took my do not disturb sign and other coworkers. I thought maybe it was a one off until the following week the maid knocks and doesn't give you time to answer and barges into your room. The spa has a 90 minute circuit but the hot tub is not hot. After few days of saying something I was told it was fixed and was still upset by the lie. Hotel room has no heat / ac change it's based off the season so if it's "off season" and happens to be 75 degrees that day it's going to be 80 in the room. When we come for future trips we will take our business elsewhere.
