Hello from the Philadelphia area. I've been in the Real Estate profession since getting my PA…read morelicense in 1979. I was previously the NAR #1 Agent in the United States closing on 2253 homes in one single year. Now mind you, this is not the office or a team. Just me and one licensed assistant. Having dealt with hundreds of title companies over my 44 years in the profession. The good, the bad and the really bad. I can honestly say that I have now had the extreme pleasure of working with the absolute best title company. This is my first closing in the New Holland Lancaster area. I now consider myself an "expert" in the general area thanks to Connie and the crew at Regal Abstract. This goes from the person who answered my many calls by the 2nd ring to connecting me with either Connie or whomever I was calling within seconds. The transaction I had was one of the more difficult ones ever. Lot's of extra work involved. It closed yesterday without a hitch! Smooth as silk. We are absolutely going to attempt to get more listings in the area and looking forward to working with the crew at Regal.....
