I have now sent three emails over a months time and absolutely no response at all. I even called today to check that she still worked there and she does. Also when they did our taxes we had to pay for the first time in over 10 years. I will never do business with this company again.

I have been with Geico for 10 years and when I talked to them, they told me I had to get Commercial Insurance for over $800 more per year, and my umbrella policy would not cover the car I was using. I wanted to get the straight talk from someone that was recommended to me. Jose was great and explained how State Farm treated this extra coverage. I could keep a personal policy with about a 20% increase to cover the LYFT, with higher liability coverage (GEICO would only cover $100k per person). This was a superior deal. I always assumed GEICO was the cost effective way to go but was wrong. In the end, Jose saved me a lot of money by switching insurance for my whole family, our umbrella policy and home insurance.
