That call never came. Instead, I received an email shortly after notifying me that my account had been cancelled -- with no refund, no follow-up, and no explanation. This is not just poor service -- it's a broken promise. I was kept as a paying customer with false encouragement, and when I finally requested what I was told I was entitled to, the company went silent and cancelled my account without honoring their word.
