Asked them to contact me to reschedule. Never heard from them. Went to the website and electronically submitted my info, a few days still to go. My taxes were never processed, called and left messages and emailed. Got one email response saying "will look into it". But NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! Will never do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!! I guess I have to give at least 1star to post this. My true rating is -2 stars.
