(I have thousands of hours spent working on PCs) To top it all off he has BAD TDS, he even went as far as to say any DJT supporters shouldn't call his business If I would have seen this stuff before, I wouldn't have used his services And today after the announcement of TRUMPS WIN I received an Email from JPRTech saying the business is closing down and will no longer be offering services The sweet sweet irony is fantastic I would post the pictures as proof but since he closed the business I can't find the google reviews anymore :(

I've had a mixed and ultimately frustrating experience with BLP PC Repairs. I was trying to get my…read moreSamsung Gaming Monitor Fixed and went here on January 20th on a Tuesday. The technician Brian or Bryan was helpful, professional, and genuinely tried to assist me. He communicated well and did what he could on his end. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner, Brandon. Brandon was largely unresponsive throughout the process. At one point, I was even accused of not paying for the service, despite the fact that payment had already been made through Apple Pay. When this issue came up, Brian or Bryan also had trouble reaching Brandon, which speaks to a larger communication problem within the business. It is extremely unprofessional for both a customer and an employee to be unable to reach the owner, especially when payment disputes are involved. This situation could have been resolved quickly with basic communication. I appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by the employee, but the lack of responsiveness and organization from ownership made this a bad overall experience. I hope the business improves its communication and internal management moving forward.

It has not been sold, abandoned, or surrendered. Tyler, check your messages and give me my monitor back. Avoid this shop.
