If you in a business do you know the feeling of never having to worry about when this form or that form or this payment is due? Not only are my forms ready, they are ready weeks beforehand, not the day they're due. I many times feel sorry for Kristina having to descifer through my "monthly bookkeeping folders" that are labeled by month with everything dumped in , never any complaints and very few questions are ever asked because they just know where it goes and the longer they get to know you you basically don't have to worry about anything except getting your bookkeeping turned in (yes, I am the one that is always late in getting that done) but I just put it in a box and ship it to them via UPS, no problems. Very thankful that Bayshore takes into consideration that I am an hour's drive away therefore they go above and beyond to limit my "have to" visits to their office which is fantastic (however, I do still miss seeing you all )! And thanks Abby for keeping me on track with everything else, how cool is it to receive an email with a link to digitally sign your tax return?? Really? Perfect! So, after this lonnnnnnng review you have absolutely NOTHING to lose by giving Bayshore CPA's in Mooresville NC a call, don't let it stop you if you are not directly in the Mooresville area... Anyway I get told it is based on the forms needed is what she told me. Then changed me almost double what I had paid last year. I told her that the only reason she was getting my business is because I don't have time to find another place. All she said was I unstood and she couldn't do anything about it. It wasn't her choice what to charge. Which was another lie. I told her I was done and I would be back. They will never get another dime from me. I have never written a review of anyplace but I was taken advantage of and I want everyone to know how I was treated.

Branch mixed up documents between at least 3 customers. When we got home it was discovered there…read morewere documents missing from the folder and then additionally someone else's documents inside. That other customer later checked their own folder and confirmed that they in fact had a third person's documents mixed into their folder. Documents included PII (i.e. SSN, name, address, financial institution, account balances etc). As soon as we discovered the data breach we returned to the office with the folder immediately. Branch could not locate the missing documents and had to reprint them, but then also expect us to believe they did not mishandle them. The receptionist stated that the documents got "mixed up on the printer." I would not trust them with you or your loved ones' personal info. Staff was extremely unprofessional and refused to provide any written confirmation of an incident or case opened despite several requests over 3 days and multiple visits to the office to ask to speak to a manager or supervisor. A refund was issued, but that's is a customer-service gesture and does not address the major data privacy issue at hand. When I repeatedly asked for written documentation of the branch reporting the data breach, the branch just kept repeating that they refunded the money. That is irrelevant. Branch refused to provide me with contact info for anyone above the branch or in compliance/data policy. I've opened a case with the H&R Block corporate number and also filed a preparer complaint with the IRS for mishandling documents.
