The person who helped did them incorrectly. I filed 03/30/2019 just finally received my return 09/18/19. The forms I needed help with were done incorrectly when I called there office for help the guy who I refuse to call a gentleman was very sarcastic and no help. I had to call the irs to find out why I was denied . I spoke to someone who was able to tell me why and what had to be done to correct this. I called local office and corporate office got no help. I had to fix on my own because they never called back. The local office only open on Mondays. When I spoke to the guy working he said they were done correctly and I had to tell him what was wrong because he couldn't even find it. Then I demanded a refund because of there ineptness.
