We called to get a quote of how much it would be and the woman that answered was polite and helpful. They were professional and also friendly! They have multiple locations within Houston. The nearest one to us was in an older (slightly rough) neighborhood but we were there during the day so it wasn't a huge issue for us. The office is clean and nicely decorated. The staff greeted us right away and we were helped quickly. The entire process took around 30 minutes versus waiting weeks for a title appointment at the DMV. They also offer several other services such as insurance, realty, notary and DBA's. Definitely recommend letting these guys assist you!
