So I was told that I needed to show proof of my prior insurance for a discount, when I did I was charged 10 more bucks because it wasn't 6 months of Prior insurance. Which I was never told about. And also Shady because I just started the policy 2 weeks ago now they're looking for a full payment and I haven't even had the insurance a full month. There's only one operator representative that answers the phone she has no compassion or empathy for complaints. This just made my experience all the more frustrating. The nearest one to us was in an older (slightly rough) neighborhood but we were there during the day so it wasn't a huge issue for us. The office is clean and nicely decorated. The staff greeted us right away and we were helped quickly. The entire process took around 30 minutes versus waiting weeks for a title appointment at the DMV.
