When she told me how much I was owing she did not try to brainstorm with me to see if there was anything else that would help me, made me feel like she already received her $400 payment so she didn't care about my situation. So I walked through the TurboTax steps and was able to get myself a better tax break and when I brought that to her attention I was informed by her I didn't tell her about my kids in college when I did let her know in the beginning that my adult kids went to school full time so I didn't have proof of address from their jobs since they didn't work. After informing her what I did different in TurboTax she has not responded to me, I wouldn't think it's urgent to her since she already received her payment so I just filed my taxes through TurboTax and am taking it as a major lesson learned.

Worst experience I ever had. My appointment was at 9:00am and left after 10:30 with nothing but my…read moretime wasted. If I could give no stars I would. Kelly Mays spent 30 mins trying to figure out how to work her system another 30 mins asking people for help and the last 30 trying to figure out how to input information. I usually do my taxes online but I'm newly married, just bought a home, have a blended family and wanted to go in and get my taxes done to ensure I was on the right track to find out what taxes advantage I could potentially take advantage of. Kelly Mays kept saying she knew what she was doing but actions showed very different. I kept having to ask her about right offs that a tax pro should know. When I would give her an example she would say "oh yea" so if I didn't know, would she have said oh well? I felt like it was her fist day. When she was notified her next appointment was waiting she started printing papers out and telling me to go home and upload everything online and we can finish that way? I express my frustration to Kelly and her response was "I'm sorry your not happy with my service". I'm still not sure what service she provide me?
