Why did the supposedly "Christian" counselor handle things this way, instead of letting the financial dept handle it? After one phone call today, the financial dept says it's all been paid. There is no way that this was handled in a professional manner. The client was embarrassed, humiliated, and likely will no longer seek the counseling he so desperately needs.
