The paprika bread with olive oil is very good. For starters, we order the Baccalà fritto con salsa forte, and the homemade prosciutto with flor de late, both very good. For main course I followed the maître suggestion: Troccoli con pesto di pistacchi e gamberi (Spaghetti with pesto of pistachio and prawns), that was amazing. My husband ordered the Filetto di spigola and my friend the pulpit, all very good. The Scarpetta rose wine, made for the house, was a perfect complement. An amazing first night at this wonderful Italian town Lecce.
