Beer hunter is just off the bike trail, which makes for a handy libations stop. Big specialty drink menu, with plenty of specials at this full service bar. The owner was behind the bar in our visit. He was friendly in that Wisconsin Tavern sort of way. The bar is big and clean, as are the bathrooms. The decor is what you'd expect... tavern kitsch which is just fine and will provide plenty of photo opportunities and discussion points. Theres also an outside area, which were told is mostly used as an outdoor event space.

In fact, not ten seconds elapsed after gently nudging my empty toward the bar edge before a fresh cold one was placed before me with a smile and a kind word- and the place was packed!
