Just bought my second bed from Taurus and easily as good as the first. Couldn't imagine doing business with anyone else.

Seven Months, One Defective Sofa, Zero Accountability - Shockingly Poor Service from Natuzzi UK…read more In June 2024, I purchased a sofa from Natuzzi Tottenham Court Road for over £5,800, expecting premium quality and aftercare. What followed was seven months of stress, failed appointments, and appalling customer service. August 2024: The sofa was delivered. I immediately noticed a defect -- visibly tight, stressed stitching on the seat cushion that looked as though it would split. September: I raised the issue. I was told the cushion would be replaced. Instead, I received a sheet of loose leather in the post -- with no explanation, no appointment, and no professional service. December: Castelan, Natuzzi's service provider, sent a single technician for a job that required two. He left without doing anything, saying the repair was mis-assessed. January: Natuzzi offered me £300 compensation for the defective product and months of disruption. I rejected it as completely inadequate. I also reiterated that the repair could not take place in the room where the sofa was due to space and fragile items. February: I was told a technician would come in mid-March. I responded immediately that I would be abroad that week. No one followed up. March-April: I chased repeatedly -- five times -- before getting any kind of reply. In the meantime, the staff member handling my case left the company without notice or handover. April 2025: Today was the final straw. I cleared my schedule and took time off work to accommodate another repair attempt. While the movers (engaged by Castelan or Natuzzi) eventually arrived, they were not coordinated at all with Castelan, and I had to personally manage all logistics on the day -- despite having made Natuzzi aware in writing that this must be handled properly. Castelan then arrived in two separate vans, failed to plan for parking in central London, refused to proceed with the job, and left without doing anything -- again. This is not an exaggeration -- this is seven months of reality. A defective sofa sold as new. A sheet of leather posted to my home instead of a professional repair. Multiple failed appointments. Time off work lost. Me managing all logistics. No replacement, no refund, and a flat £300 offer for months of disruption. This is beyond poor service -- it's a complete failure of product quality, aftercare, and brand responsibility. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman, and escalating to Natuzzi global leadership. If you're considering Natuzzi UK, ask yourself: Do I have time to manage my own repairs, follow up for months, take time off work, and coordinate between multiple incompetent contractors - just to get a sofa fixed? If the answer is no, shop elsewhere.

Complaint ongoing due to broken mechanism on recliner sofa. Had engineers visit 3 times and each…read moretime the replacement part fails. Last engineer said it wasn't possible to fix and issue with the actual sofa. Been back and forth with Natuzzi, Calligais & Designer Sofas. Been given names of people in customer care, directors and they listen and promise call backs and never reply. All this for a broken sofa. Hours have been spent on this and no replies or ownership taken.

Today I spent ages dealing with rubbish companies that sell crap or send you the wrong thing and…read morethen make it difficult to sort out the problem, so I thought I should talk about my experience with this one to feel better about life. I visited the shop in march to buy a Wallbed. James was very helpful and informative even though I was 20 minutes late and he had someone else to see. Although he showed me a variety of things and possibilities, he didn't try to oversell. In the end, due to contract issues, I couldn't order my bed until october, but he was helpful and remembered who I was, so I didn't have to start from scratch. 2 lovely men came to build the bed, they were helpful, friendly and polite. They did a great job. My bed is fantastic! While I waited for it to arrive, I regretted spending so much money on it, but once I got it, all my regrets were gone. I bought the comfort bed in king size with the shelves at the back and the lamps. The lamps are actually much better than the ones in the catalogue. The first day, I lay on it for 5 minutes and woke up 12 hours later. Another plus I didn't know about, you can move the sofa if you like, so you can use both at the same time if necessary. The quality is excellent, it's very easy to use. Some people ask me if it isn't too much work to close the bed every day, but it doesn't take more time than it would to make a normal bed nicely. (it doesn't have to look perfect as you close it) I chose a firm mattress, but there are other options. I don't know about those, but my mattress is fantastic. I have never before slept more than five hours a night, and usually I would wake up in the middle, but no more!! I sleep eight hours at least a day, I was late for work the first week I had it. The sofa is very comfortable too. I love my bed so much that I will put this review everywhere! Thanks to everyone at the London Wallbed Company

Fantastic! I live in reasonably sized, but not huge two bed flat in Hove, I have a spare bedroom…read morewhich is big enough for a double bed, but not for wardrobes and desks as well, my master bedroom is a good size, but gets overwhelmed if filled with clothes, books and other paraphernalia. I needed to clear my two bedrooms of clutter, and make the spare room useable. I had a brainwave, what about a Murphy bed? I did some internet searching and came up with The London Wall Bed Company. After a brief email and telephone exchange, I went to their showroom in Acton where I met with James. We had a chat during which he skillfully, quickly and efficiently got an idea of my needs and showed me a range of products that would suit them. I left once we'd agreed on the right product which took around an hour, maybe less. Within 24 hours, I had received by email two estimates one for a fold down bed with wardrobes and one without as well as sketches based on the measurements I'd come up with. I thought I might try and reduce the cost by buying ready made wardrobes, but I decided that it would look better and be less hassle if I went for the version with wardrobes. I paid a deposit and arranged for James to come down to Brighton and take actual measurements of the room. The order went in and my wall bed was delivered and fitted about six weeks later. I now have a spare room which I can use as a dressing room, a wardrobe and an office (there's a fold down desk attached to the bed which I can use when the bed's not in use). In fact, what I do is give up my main bedroom when people come to stay and sleep in the Murphy bed myself, it's like being a kid again and means I keep all my stuff in the back bedroom and bathroom and I don't have to keep it too clean and tidy! I now have room for a sofa in my main bedroom which feels very luxurious because before it was full of clothes storage! I love service I got, I love the wardrobes, and I love the bed, I also love the fact that my flat feels bigger and less cluttered. James understood my needs, he wasn't in the slightest bit pushy and he got the job done in the agreed time frame for the agreed price. This is a perfect solution to a problem I've had for 15 years.
