If you want a good quality tattoo I would not come here. I got a tattoo here and I regret going in there. The line work is squiggly and I asked for minimal shading and the dude shaded the whole thing. I have other tattoos from a different shop and those compared to what I got here is not even a comparison. I would only come here for piercings that's it. read more

Mee saved my nose piercing! I got my nose pierced in New York about a month ago. My nose stud was sinking into the piercing, and my nose was super sore and red, borderline infected. I came to this shop because I was having issues after previously getting my nose pierced by a different piercer. The other piercer who pierced my nose did not give me any aftercare instructions and basically sent me on my way to figure it out myself. After about a month I developed a bump and my piercing was also sinking through my nose. I discovered Tattooing by Mee and saw their amazing reviews online. As soon as I entered Tattooing by Mee, the owner came to the desk and kindly asked how he could help. After I told him my issue he promptly took me straight to a room where he explained to me proper Aftercare instuctions and how I could fix it. I was so grateful to have someone sit down and actually explain this to me. We ended up switching out my current piercing for a smaller one that was more flat and I immediately noticed a huge difference as my bump went down to visibly nothing the very next day. The shop wad also very clean and I appreciated that he sterilized the piercing and my nose and wore gloves. I was so happy with the service at Tatooing by Mee and the specific knowledge of instructions given by the owner. I will be going there for all of my future needs and I will be referring everyone who is looking for a tattoo artist or piercer!!! read more

WORST TATTOO EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! My tattoo ended up infected, there is no color left in my skin at all. The edges look like someone took a ball point pen to it instead of nice neat edges. OVERPRICED!! I had to pay $100 for a tattoo that I have to get completely redone and the tattoo place won't even call me back to do anything about it. I have never had such an awful experience at any other tattoo place. I would NEVER go back to the place again and plan to let anyone else know to never step foot in there either. read more

Jazmine was very professional and quite an artist. I told her two things I did not like that I've seen recently in many newer tattoos that I did not want in mine. We had a discussion about them and the first she did not do as I requested. The second thing she eventually conviced me would make the tattoo look so much better (it was a 6 1/2 hour tattoo), so I agreed. I love my tattoo, but hate the shading done around the edges that she talked me into. Also, I was appalled at having paper towels scotch taped to my back to go home. A reputable shop open for this many years should have proper bandages for their customers after paying hundreds of dollars for this service. Again, the artwork and her professionalism was excellent.... just two things I wanted to mention for others to take note of. read more
