As I have been battling with Rosacea and redness for years I only wish I had found The Pulse Light…read moreClinic sooner, as many have said before on this site that they wish they had found the clinic that gives the required results sooner!!! Having achieved remarkable results & a quality of service to match, this clinic provides state of the art equipment combined with very experienced & knowledgeable staff to deliver really good results. Better results within a few visits than years of me running around to a scattering of beauty salons offering IPL treatments, some at better pricing too but they didn't have the depth & breadth of knowledge or understanding or quality of machines, but more importantly I am most impressed with the holistic approach of the clinic who take into account a multitude of factors not just procedural but your diet & lifestyle too, you can see this by even downloading an ebook for free that I did after my first treatment and it has really helped, I would recommend it, it has great dietary advice! http://www.pulselightclinic.co.uk/rosacea They are conveniently located within the City, right near Fenchurch Street Station, useful if you work in or around the City, I don't live or work nearby at all but the unique ability of this clinic to deliver tangible lasting results along with excellent service and friendly staff ensures that I keep coming back and don't mind the travel involved, well worth it! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for treatment on any of the host of conditions they offer medical pulse light treatments for, it certainly worked for my redness & Rosacea! Notwithstanding the above you also have the back-up of a highly trained & friendly team who really seem keen to monitor my progress. I hope this review helps, I would recommend a consultation if you are considering treatment!!!

The staff are really nice and fun to talk to and also very professional and the clinic is clean. Even though I was hairy the hair removal took less sessions than I had anticipated and is much cheaper than having hair removal in London elsewhere. Thanks again team! I will send any of my hairy friends to you for laser hair removal in London anytime!

The Good: 1) The nurse who saw me first for an interview was very friendly and was quite chatty as she took my blood pressure, my height and weight, and went through the lifestyle q's (smoking, alcohol intake, etc.) 2) The doctor who saw me afterwards to complete the registration process was friendly as well. I'm pretty sure I'll feel comfortable seeing her for whatever cold/flu/broken toe will ail me in the next few months. The Bad: 1) The registration process took 2.5 hours. That is insane!!!!!!! I've registered at other surgeries before and it averages to be about 20 minutes. The actual interview with the nurse took 10 minutes and the interview with the doctor took 10 minutes. You can do the math on how long I was waiting....... 2) Registration can only take place between 8:30-10:30AM. This wasn't so awful - I learned my lesson and will check the website next time I register with a GP. 3) There's no parking. So if you're planning on registering here, I suggest walking or taking public transportation to get here if you don't want to constantly feed the parking meter. In summary, this surgery gets 3 stars because the nurse and doctor are great and in the end, office operations really aren't their fault. However! The way an office is maintained and managed is a big part for patients so if there's anyone there reading this, please don't take offence but as a constructive criticism to improve.

Having moved when our last practice was merged, my wife, daughter and I have been with the Wellesley Road practice for a couple of years now, and from our past experience of three other London practices over thirty or so years, this by far comes up the best. That is not to say it is perfect; that is not a term applicable to a healthcare practice. Now retired after a full stint, I do have my share of health issues, and although nothing too serious yet, the quality of attention and care I have received at this practice; from the receptionists, and the nurses and of course most importantly, the doctors, have been very good, and the best between the practices we've been with. My wife who still works as a senior manager and our daughter who is a post graduate student, are in complete agreement. Of course there has been the odd occasion when one would have wished it could have been a little different, but each time it could have been the pressure of work; and indeed, this is an extremely popular and busy surgery. From our experience so far, we would like to say, 'Well done, Wellesley Road Surgery, and thank you.' I can see from previous comments, that where they have been constructive complaints, the practice appears to have tried to find solutions. and there are some very positive things achieved. With the UK having the least number of GP surgeries per 1000 population compared with the rest of Europe, it could be that finding solutions to the more common problems such as waiting times, is not always possible.
