The owner showed up first to check out what was going on and then the big truck came to do the clean out. They saw that it most likely wasn't the septic but a possible clogged line. They did not stop until the problem was resolved. They jetted all lines and then had to remove one of the toilets to to scope and jet to fully unclog our pipes then replaced the toilet as good as new. We initially consulted with Sullivan Septic. They charged us nearly $1,000 to drain our system and then wanted to charge another $1,000 to replace the pump. We did not like Sullivan's rep and approach. It felt very aggressive and rubbed both my wife and I the wrong way. We did additional research and stumbled onto John with JPJ and am SO HAPPY we did. John came out and looked at our system and explained how we can't do work until the septic fills back up to understand if the pump is broken or not. Ends up, a few months later, our pump was indeed broken. John came out the next day, replaced it, and for nearly half the price that Sullivan quoted. Great service. Great company.
