My experience with GREENVILLE LAWN CARE has been a consumer nightmare. Calls and emails go…read moreunanswered for weeks, if ever. After a phone call on a Monday to Josh had a return call from Josh on Friday that same week telling me he was catching up on his phone calls for the week. As aggravating as that was to hear, I can't imagine how many other customers must have felt on that day waiting for a reply. GREENVILLE LAWN CARE bills by the man-hour + cost of materials, though your bill will never show the man-hour level of effort. I had mulch installed, and my wife witnesses from her in-home office window they ran out of mulch three times. I walked the lawn and 1 of the 2 guys on the job that day was sitting on the ground texting or something on his phone when he could have been hauling last years debris from the mulch beds. Called Josh about this with a less than satisfactory answer of what my billing would reflect regarding man-hours worked. I spoke to Josh 5 weeks ago about tree trimming, and we discussed in some detail of what needed to be done. I mentioned this to Josh weekly. This past week was told it would be done this week. This did not happen. Due to non responsiveness, the "mystery" billing by man-hour which will never be seen on your invoice, I believe you would be better-off and avoid using GREENVILLE LAWN CARE

I reached out to his wonderful company for slate chip landscaping along the sides of my house, along with a combination of red mulch. I must say that Josh, the owner, is great. He always answered my calls and texted me. I felt always informed, even when I called him about considering landscaping - Josh was able to schedule me in right away and came out to my house. He is very personable, reliable, and knowledgeable. Josh kept his promises, and updated me along the way. Also, Josh listened to the ideas I had and respectfully added a couple ideas of his own. In fact, I am grateful of his suggestions, because his ideas were wonderful and his employees ended up extending a couple beds. His employees did wonderful work, very professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the material is top-notch. I went with slate chips with black metal edging and did some red mulch in the rear of my house. I have already received so many compliments from my neighbors and friends. Thanks Josh for really making it easy, being reliable where I could always get a hold of you. Also, thanks for your patience with me while I asked you to add a couple things. It was a pleasure working with you and I appreciate all your hard work.
