After 3 weeks of trying to get a time to do some plumbing at my home, I am extremely disappointed in their responsiveness. This is after they did the initial inspection and said they would have someone come out. I spoke with the office two times and left 3 voicemails. No call backs. If you don't want to do the work; then be professional enough to say you are not interested instead of wasting our time. Completely unprofessional. read more

2024 put in a check valve. 2025 we have worse basement flooding than before. Office claims someone will call but zip! Have tried to call for over a month, left multiple messages. read more

They stood me up three times. The office didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me of the change in schedule. If they can't communicate and aren't reliable on a basic level, how good will their work be?? Look at the other reviews. Note the ratio of good service to men and good service to women. read more

Not even worthy of 1 star...NO SHOW NO CALL...2 Elderly disabled without water for a week... gonna charge $2000 or more...calls go unanswered or the office person is so nasty to you for calling to find out when they are gonna come. ..LIES WE WILL BE THERE TODAY. .NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN FOR OVER 24 HOURS....Elderly man digs hole and fixes problem himself...SAVES $2000 ...He's is the real hero...ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATIONS WITH CLIENT AND NASTY INDIVIDUAL ANSWERING THE CALLS.. read more

They are very nice to deal with. We used their services when we moved to Centralia permanently. I also used them when I built a new house. They gave me an itemized bill with everything on it. Cost per hour Who did what Supplies used I thought the cost was reasonable read more

I've been on a "waiting list" since the beginning of November. I was told they'd call me when they could come out. Called back around the beginning of December to see if I could get anymore information on when they'd be out and the lady said someone would call me back and let me know and they never did. We eventually found a different plumber because it was clear they were going to respond. read more

Coldest day of the year and our water heater blew a thermocouple !! Tate's Plumbing responded immediately and provided excellent, courteous service. The tech was friendly, and knew what he was doing. I'll call these gals and guys next time we have an issue !!!! read more

I had my main pipe freeze and break. All plumbers were covered up with the freezing temperatures. Eric called me asap to repair my busted pipe. He got my water going in a few hrs. Good price and courteous service. I could have fixed it myself but I have a shop to run and Tate's plumbing got me fixed up with me not having to lose anymore time away from my shop. read more

We had a different plumber come out to check on a problem we are still having after paying Tate's plumbing over $4,000 for work that they did. The new plumber said they did a lot of unnecessary work that didn't even fix our issue. When working with Tate's, the women who answers the phone was extremely rude and insulting us by saying hateful things. We were quoted $2000 for the work that they essential charged us over $4000 for and didn't even solve our problem. As a hardworking family with little kids, we were so disappointed and taken advantage of. read more

After waiting four days for another plumber to get back with me I called Tate's plumbing... problem solved quickly and professionally.. I have a new plumber I can count on. read more

Very non responsive. We have called twice already, been given the run around each time and were lead to believe he would fit us in really soon. I probably wouldn't leave this review if He just said He wasn't interested in the job, instead we kept getting a "I'll call you in a couple days" and nothing. Very unprofessional. read more

Had them come out to give an estimate for outside faucet called twice about them coming out to fix it haven't heard from them it's been over two weeks if they can't do the job why don't they say so I rated them with a one star read more

Our downstairs bathroom plumbing was backed up. Rather than snake the downstairs toilet auger out to the street, the guy from Tate augured from the backflow valve out to the street, which wasn't where the problem was to begin with. We asked him to do what I'd mentioned, but he refused, wrote our bill, and left. 5 days later, we had the same problem again. I called Tate and left a VM. My phone calls has not been returned. I will never call Tate Plumbing again! Do not use Tate plumbing! read more
