Redstone Fencing was the only fencing company around us that had a good review. Which don't get me…read morewrong, my fence is beautiful... BUT they have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. It seems like it is almost like a one man show. Only the lady ever answers the phone. The first time we called we were told they would call back, but never did... it took 2 phone calls to get them out here for an estimate. The lady gave us our estimate but didn't get all of the details that we wanted. When I called to get the issue resolved she wanted to catch an attitude with me. The gentleman that was in charge of actually building the fence was extremely helpful though and super professional. The issue was resolved, and my fence is beautiful. Just pack your patience when working with them. One last thing to mention, they left a terrible mess all over our lawn and driveway. Mud was tracked EVERYWHERE. They did apologize, but didn't offer to hose it off. Was a little disappointed about that considering we live in a HOA.

The old fence was removed and replaced in a single day, which was worrying. Within days the fence pickets were warping. One of the owners of Ruco came out and took photos, sent them to the lead installer. Comments were made about how these materials didn't seem to compare to what they normally see. Ruco scheduled his team to come repair. The attitude of the lead installer was poor, defensive. After picking out many boards that needed to be replaced, they ran out of nails. I supplied their team with coils of nails for their nail guns so they could attempt to finish the work, they ran out of pickets. After leaving I called Ruco back, asking for further action. When the owner came out we looked at the fence again, pointing out a few different things such as an entire panel that was bowed "what do you want me to do, replace the entire section?" I shouldn't have to ask, you should install a quality product. We scheduled another service, the owner came out instead of his team with a stack of boards and a hammer fit for a grade schooler. I set up my own chop saw and cut boards for him, sad. There is more sadness to the story, that I don't have the urge to keep this going. After multiple attempts to erect a visibly appealing fence, we all gave up. Ruco wants to get in and out, quantity over quantity. Poor product No craftsmanship Bad service Over priced

If this is their estimation process. I can only imagine their work. Just look at all the previous yelps. Just another joke of a company like the many others in this area. I thought that was it, taken care of....NOPE Approximately ten days later a crew from TVF was out at my house to put up a fence, I stopped them just in time before they took down my fence I just had put up, I thought that was also the end of it....NOPE I received a bill in the mail from TVF stating that i owed them 25% of the cost of the original fence do to not canceling. I spoke on the phone with one of the owners who stated that I never called and cancelled and was unwilling to hear anything I had to say. The owner took me to small claims court witch took almost a year due to me being in Afghanistan. I spoke with a mediator and the Owner (Mr. Owens) to settle this, and he was persistent that since they had to load the truck and drive to my location and go back to unload the truck then I was going to be charged, he also stated I never called. I showed the owner the phone records from W.O.W. with the date and time and the duration of the call on the date I told him, Mr. Owens then changed his statement and said that it was a contract issue. I thought that was funny since I had the proof that I called but his company dropped the ball and he wants to push it onto me. After small claims court, (which I won, but now he is taking me to civil court) I told Mr. Owens that its sad to see a owner not care that one of his employees took my message and didn't pass it along but he his going after me. Mr. Owens then told me that that his company made 6.5 million last year and it wasn't about the money, but since we posted our comments on the BBB and his Facebook it made him upset. After we paid them half to get started as agreed, things went downhill. They didn't show up as scheduled and over the last TWELVE WEEKS Mike Shannon has assured us that he was coming out/sending two crews/sending three crews/be there rain or shine/be there first thing in the morning, etc. You name it, he said it and then never did it. Some of the excuses: flat tires on the trailer, broken tire at Home Depot on the trailer, stuck in Tennessee, can't get to the bank, and of course NO calls NO shows. We've given him every opportunity to make good on our contract, going out of our way to contact him, follow up with him, notify our neighbors to plan accordingly for our fence removal, etc. We've been polite, we've compromised, we've followed up, we've waited, we've allowed them on our property unannounced at 9 pm on Friday, April 1, and at dusk Saturday, April 10. Who comes to do fence work at night? Now, he's offered to return our money. Have we seen him? NO! He said he would return our money on Monday, May 2, 2022. Hasn't shown up, yet. Instead, he's offered more excuses and claims he's really going to return our money because he's "not that guy". TWELVE WEEKS, partially missing fence that they removed April 10, and down $5500. Mike Shannon, YOU ARE "THAT GUY". --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *UPDATE Mike returned $1,000 to us on June 2, 2022, vowing to take out a business loan so that he could pay back our remaining $4,500 from February 2022. Mike Shannon and crew was hired to move part of my existing fence and add new section. He did move…read morethe fence and did add new section but the workmanship was terrible. He did not use any cement in the post holes and did a terrible job securing the fence boards. He said in his contract that he would use screws but he did not. He barely used any nails. Too much hassle trying to get him to repair so I will fix it myself. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT use this guy to do your fence. Trust me it is not worth it.
